Things are not going well for Real Madrid at the moment. Their surprising loss at home to Alavés on Saturday in La Liga was followed by another poor result: a 2-0 Champions League loss to Shakhtar Donetsk on Tuesday. They have now lost both games against the Ukrainian team in Group B and found themselves in a position where they could easily fail to reach the knockout stages.

The situation prompted journalists at the post-match press conference to ask Zinedine Zidane about resigning from his post, but the Frenchman has no intention of leaving the club yet.
