The Super Bowl LVI is ready as the Los Angeles Rams face the Cincinnati Bengals. Who is the betting favorite to hoist the Lombardi Trophy.

Cincinnati managed to pull off the 27-24 overtime victory over the Patrick Mahomes-led Kansas City Chiefs to win the AFC Championship for the first time in 33 years. In terms of Los Angeles, they overcame a 17-7 deficit to defeat rival San Francisco 49ers 20-17 to win their place in the Super Bowl, which happened to take place at SoFi Stadium, their home ground.

Super Bowl LVI: Who is the betting favorite between the Rams and Bengals

The Bengals overcame a 21-3 deficit to take a late 24-21 lead. After the defense filled the Chiefs attack to force them to settle for a Harrison Butker field goal to send the game into overtime, the Bengals’ interception from Mahome’s Evan McPherson’s battle-winning field goal.

Cincinnati seemed on the verge of meeting the 49ers for the third time in three Super Bowl rounds, but the Rams had other ideas. The Rams returned on an 11-yard touchdown reception by star widower Cooper Kupp and two field goals by Matt Gay to take a late lead. 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo threw an interception to linebacker Travin Howard on the final drive to secure victory for the Rams.

The Bengals look set to win their first Lombardi Trophy in franchise history, while the Rams look set to secure their second Super Bowl victory.
