West Ham United is interested in signing Graziano Pelle in the January transfer window, according to TMW. The former Southampton forward is now a free agent following the end of his contract with Chinese club Shandong Luneng and the Hammers reportedly want to bring him back to England.
However, West Ham is not the only club interested in securing the services of the 35-year-old Italian forward. Serie A giants Juventus and Inter Milan are also said to be interested in signing Pelle on a free transfer this month.
Pelle knows the Premier League inside out and was a huge success during his time at Southampton. The forward scored 12 goals and provided two league assists in 2014-15 and scored 11 goals and provided six league assists in 2015-16, according to Who scored. Sebastien Haller is struggling to score goals for West Ham, who could do so with a proven scorer.
