During his days at Manchester United, Wayne Rooney was well known for being able to score from virtually any distance.
While the 35-year-old will have worked very hard at his craft, soccer prowess is beginning to appear to run through Rooney’s genes.
That’s because current Derby County’s son Kai made a brilliant free throw from range in November 2019.
There’s no way a 10-year-old can score from that distance, but the youngster still manages to do it anyway.
Even the kid who seems upset that he’s not shooting the free throw at first goes absolutely insane after the ball flies through the air and hits the back of the net.
We’re not quite sure what Kai’s celebration is about, but he will have plenty of time to work on it at the Manchester United academy; you might find Jesse Lingard to ask for some advice.
Judging from this strike, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to try out the new celebrations you discover.
