Rennes star Eduardo Camavinga is reportedly prepared to compromise his short-term future with the Ligue 1 team in an attempt to allow Real Madrid to regain its finances before moving to Spain.

Camavinga, 18, has been with Rennes since joining its youth academy in 2013.

After enjoying a hugely impressive breakthrough, which has included top-level international calls, the young midfielder has emerged as one of the most exciting prospects in Europe.

Having recently switched agencies to team up with Stellar ICM’s super agent Jonathan Barnett, it has recently been speculated that the teen is considering a big move.

The latest in the ongoing saga comes from a European outlet. WHAT who affirm that the young Frenchman has his heart set on a dream of changing Real Madrid.

It has been claimed that due to the financial implications the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is having, Camavinga is willing to delay his move so that Los Blancos have time to recoup their losses.

The outlet also notes that Zinedine Zidane sees Paris-Saint Germain’s Kylian Mbappé as his top priority, but if a move fails, he will turn his attention to Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland.
