Real Madrid players are reportedly losing faith in manager Zinedine Zidane as he looks set to step down next season.
This is according to All the files, which reports that it does not look good for Zidane at the Bernabéu since both the players and the Madrid board of directors begin to lose faith in him.
Todo Transfers claims that much of this is due to some questionable transfer decisions of late, with the French strategist overseeing the departments of top talent such as Achraf Hakimi and Sergio Reguilon.
Meanwhile, Dani Ceballos and Martin Odegaard have also left to sign on loan from Arsenal after being overlooked by Zidane, which seems like one more mistake.
The report lists Massimiliano Allegri as a possible replacement for Zidane at Real Madrid, and it will be interesting to see who is lined up to replace this legendary figure.
Zidane remains one of the best players in the history of Real, and he has also enjoyed many successes as a coach, even if this has been a difficult season.
The 48-year-old has won three Champions League titles with Los Blancos and two La Liga titles, along with victories in smaller competitions such as the Super Cup and the Club World Cup.
