3 teams that should trade for the Broncos QB Drew Lock
The Baltimore Ravens are closing a deal that would send cornerback Shaun Wade to the New England Patriots.
It’s not often you see two AFC powerhouses concluding a trade just before the start of the regular season, but that’s exactly what we’re doing between the New England Patriots and the Baltimore Ravens.
According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Ravens are on the verge of sending rookie cornerback Shaun Wade to New England. A fifth-round pick from Ohio State, Wade’s days in the AFC North seem to be over before things could really pick up speed for him.

Wade has looked sharp in the preseason, but the thing is, the Ravens are stacked when it comes to defensive back depth. With Wade’s value right now, the team is shopping him to see what they can get in return. Clearly, the Pats are interested and see only a few steps away from getting things done.
Wade is expected to be a first-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. However, he decided to return to Columbus for one more season and it cost him. He ended up falling all the way down to the fifth round in April, which was obviously disappointing for him.
That said, his game has stood out in the last few weeks. While Baltimore would love to keep him and see what he can get done, there might just be no room for him. Belichick would welcome him to Foxborough with open arms. Only time will tell if Wade ends up fitting into the AFC East side, but it sure looks like things are going to happen here.
