Newcastle see Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno

According to the club, Newcastle United are interested in signing Bernd Leno from Arsenal in the summer transfer window 90 min. It has been reported that the Magpies are looking for a new goalkeeper and want to sign German national team player Leno from Premier League rivals Arsenal.

Leno lost his place in Arsenal’s starting line-up in the opening week of the season and is now second-choice goalkeeper after Aaron Ramsdale at the Emirates Stadium. The 30-year-old has made four appearances in the Premier League, three in the Carabao Cup and once in the FA Cup.

Arsenal are currently number four in the Premier League table with 54 points after 28 games, while Newcastle are number 14 in a row with 31 points after 29 games.
