As reported by Sky Sports, Olympique Marseille and Napoli are interested in picking up Sead Kolasinac on a free transfer when his contract expires at the end of the season. Arsenal would apparently be willing to sell the Bosnia-Herzegovina national team now to at least get some sort of fee for his services, but no potential buyer has yet approached them with such a proposal. Marseille, however, is already believed to have begun talks with its representatives about a summer move.
After playing a total of 118 games for the Gunners in all tournaments, scoring five goals and providing 15 assists, Kolasinac was sent out on loan to former club Schalke in the second half of 2020-21, and the left-back is solidly behind Kieran. Tierney and Nuno Tavares in the pick order under Mikel Arteta.
Strikers Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah may also be heading out where their contracts expire this summer, and it is still unknown what will happen to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who has lost Arteta’s faith after breaking club discipline last month.
