According to Bild’s weekly English football show via the trusty Christian Falk, Manchester City are sensationally planning to come up with a € 100 million (£ 89 million) offer for Tottenham Hotspur superstar Harry Kane.

It’s no wonder Pep Guardiola’s team is planning a raid for a high-profile forward, considering Sergio Aguero is now 32 years old and has been playing a minor role due to injury problems.

The 27-year-old Kane would be a good addition to any club in the world, he is one of the best center forwards and has continued to look prolific this season, while adding a deadly amount of assists.

Kane has contributed 16 goals and 13 assists for José Mourinho’s team this season, and continues to enjoy a formidable partnership with Heung-Min Son.

Kane already has 152 Premier League goals, the England captain might be the best contender we’ll see in Alan Shearer’s phenomenal all-time record of 260 goals.

The timing of this news release is a bit strange, Falk shared it on social media just 20 minutes later. Kane announced the birth of his newborn son, Louis Harry Kane, with his wife Kate.
