LAS VEGAS – Washington Football Team tight-end Logan Thomas has established himself as one of the top red zone goals, especially in traffic. It turns out that he is also able to catch circus when he is open.
On Washington’s first possession vs. The Las Vegas Raiders completed Thomas’ 75-yard touchdown drive with a leaping one-handed grip in the back end zone for a touchdown to give Washington a 7-0 lead.
Las Vegas lost sight of Thomas, Washington’s top goal in the red zone, who simply ran from his spot next to the right tackle to the back left of the end zone. But no one from Raider’s defense ran with him, and he was all alone. Quarterback Taylor Heinicke’s pass was high, however, which required Thomas to jump and grab the ball with his right hand, as if he were going up after a rebound.
