Leicester City are reportedly eager to sign Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah, who could be available for just £ 30 million this summer.
Tah, 25, joined Bayer Leverkusen in 2015 after making a £ 6.75 million change from Hamburger SV, according to Transfer market.
Since his arrival at BayArena, the German international has participated in more than 200 matches in all competitions.
However, despite being one of the team’s veteran players after spending five years at Bayer Leverkusen, there is growing speculation that the 25-year-old could be ready to move on to the Premier League.
According to a recent report by BILD journalist Christian Falk, the German center-back has been a long-standing transfer target for Brendan Roger’s Foxes.

Falk claims that Tah is eager to trade the Bundesliga for England’s top flight and would therefore welcome a move to Leicester City.
Last summer there was speculation that Tah had emerged as a target for Leicester City, however, after a move failed to materialize, the Foxes hierarchy turned their attention to Saint Etienne’s Wesley Fofana.
However, speaking live to PHOTOGRAPHY (via Sports witness), Falk has reported on the current situation and how much the 25-year-old would cost, he said: “There were already moves last summer, and there is someone in Leicester who knows him from his HSV days and is pushing.
“It has an exit clause, but it is expected to be reduced by 5 million euros in summer, which means that, according to our information, it would cost 35 million euros.
“That is still a lot of money these days, but it is getting easier and easier to finance and you would like to take this step now.
“He’s been in a bad mood lately and has always wanted to go to England and if they give him that chance then I guess he will.”
