Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell feels the Gunners would be a much better side if they caught Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham.
Arsenal have started an upward trajectory under Mikel Arteta. In fact, they are currently in fifth place in the Premier League and have several matches in hand over the sides above them.
The Gunners seem to have improved markedly since their eight-ranked league ended the last few years.
The recent recruitment of the club has been a massive reason for Arsenal’s form boom. Recent contracts such as Ben White, Martin Odegaard and Aaron Ramsdale have all become crucial players during this period.
Former Arsenal star Campbell believes the Gunners should continue to make big additions and he has the perfect player in mind – Jude Bellingham.
“Quality player. Someone who has legs that fit into the youth element, who also has a great capacity to grow,” he said on Highbury Squad.
“He is of the standard that he is already a full English national team player. It really fits our bill and ticks the box.”
As only 18 years old, Bellingham has proven his quality in Dortmund and contributed to 26 goals in 80 games. The young player has also shown his class on the international stage as he has already played 10 England matches.
Although Bellingham would clearly be a welcome addition to a number of teams, it would likely cause a problem for Arsenal if they pursue him.
Manchester United and Liverpool are among them large pages gloomy about his signature. However, it seems that the midfielder will stay in Dortmund until further notice.

A midfielder who has been a reported target for Arsenal at Renato Sanches. The Portuguese has for some time been linked with a switch back to the Premier League.
However English pages can have suffered a major setback.
It is reported that AC Milan have signed a contract for Sanchez.
The Italian side are apparently willing to use € 20 million, which should be enough to see the midfielder move on from Lille.
