According to Sports worldManchester United are reportedly considering trading Sevilla defender Jules Kounde and could be the perfect replacement for Victor Lindelof.

Kounde finds himself on the Red Devils’ radar after being previously linked to a move towards archrival Manchester City.
The Spanish outlet revealed that Sevilla rejected a 55 million euro offer from Pep Guardiola’s side in the summer.

It is also claimed that Sevilla will not be easily persuaded to sell one of their prized assets, as former Real Madrid coach Julen Lopetegui is reluctant to part ways with the central midfield. However, the Andalusian club seems to be willing to listen to offers of the order of 80 million euros for Kounde.
Despite his age, the 22-year-old has been colossal behind the Lopetegui team, in addition to contributing two goals in 18 appearances in all competitions, through Who scored.
Goodbye Victor Lindelof
The Red Devils are among a number of contenders battling for a spot in the Premier League title race and it looks like Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to strengthen his squad before the transfer window closes in January.

However, Solskjaer has struggled to find a defensive partner for the club captain, with Eric Bailly, Victor Lindelof and to some extent Axel Tuanzebe battling for consistency alongside Maguire.
While the La Liga giants are not under pressure to sell Kounde, whose contract will end in 2024, he could be the long-term solution to United’s lingering problems at the rear. Sunshine’s side has given in three goals in their last three games.
His manager Lopetegui told him Brand Amid rampant transfer speculation in the second half of last year: “Jules is our player, he’s an important part of the team.”
It’s clear as the day that Kounde could be one for the future and could be United’s starting center-back for years to come if Woodward takes him to Old Trafford and is able to start running.
It may not be the most striking goal, but he is certainly capable of being a very good player at the rear. Add in your eye for a goal, along with the fact that you have Champions League experience, and the youngster is already a complete prospect.
