One of the best players from Club León will set out for his first European foray into Turkey.
According to the Turkish media SporxGalatasaray SK have played several times with left-back Yairo Moreno, whose contract with Liga MX expires in June. The Lions hope to reach an agreement with the Colombian international to replace Marcelo Saracchi, who is on loan from RB Leipzig.
Moreno moved from Independiente Medellín to León in 2018, where he has played 77 games and scored eight goals and five assists during his time at the Mexican club.
During his time in Mexico, Moreno’s form led him to his first call-up to the Colombian National Team in 2019. Since then, Moreno has appeared in five games for Los Cafeteros.
