Mondays just got a lot more fun thanks to the Manning brothers.

Peyton Manning and Eli Manning made their debut in their Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli MegaCast during Baltimore Ravens vs. Las Vegas Raiders games to prove that they are as fun to watch in the unconventional state (read: distant production space) as they were on the field.

Not only did Peyton remind us of what we already knew – that he is a bona fide walking encyclopedia of the game – but he and Eli gave everyone who listened an invaluable insight into the game.

Heck, even if you could care less about football’s Xs and Os, the siblings’ incessant twittering and story time with guests Charles Barkley, Ray Lewis, Travis Kelce and Russell Wilson was reason enough to tune in.

From Peyton blaming his younger brother for a false fire alarm, to Eli cloning his big brother for the size of his forehead, here are five things we learned from the broadcast:

Peyton has zero tolerance for noise when the home team is on the offensive …

“Drink your beer, calm down and let go [Derek] Carr plays quarterback. ” – Peyton on Raiders fans are too high

“He got to train that stadium. The fans would get a fine if they spoke when the Colts attacked. If a guy tried to order a beer, everyone would tell him to shut down until the defense was on the field.” – Eli about Peyton’s time as QB in Indianapolis

Eli and Peyton make a bad impression on Derek Carr and Jon Gruden …

Eli has no chill when it comes to Peyton’s forehead …

“Shocking that a helmet doesn’t fit you. They did not have a XXL helmet for that forehead.” – Eli da Peyton tried to demonstrate a play

“You need some more powder on that forehead, it looks like you sprayed Pam all over it.” – Eli, when Peyton talked about precise fit helmets

Travis Kelce is so unsure who the Chiefs will play on Sunday …

“[Watching this game] I’m not trying to get too technical because I think we’re playing Chargers this week. Oh wait, maybe we’ll play Baltimore. I do not even know that I am already lost in the season. ” Kelce, which Kansas City will play in Week 2

* Five minutes later *

“Hi Travis, just so you know, you’re playing the Ravens next week, so make sure you don’t fly to Los Angeles to play the Chargers.” – Peyton

Peyton treats Eli like the little brother he is …

“Eli, what were you doing?” – Peyton, when a fire alarm interrupted their broadcast

So … same time next week?
