In the 70th minute of tonight’s Europa League tie between Manchester United and Real Sociedad, Eric Bailly showed his usual enigmatic self when the score was 3-0 – he finished 4-0.

Summer signing Alex Telles took a dangerous corner from the left side, paving the way for Harry Maguire to pass through two Society players as he finished off a header into goal.

Goalkeeper Alex Remiro had to lunge to the side to deflect the ball and give Eric Bailly an attractive rebounding opportunity.

The center-back showed his incredible athleticism when he produced a shocking overhead kick attempt, the only problem was that Bailly missed a clean connection with his lead foot, allowing the ball to drift.

Bailly continues to display unique emotions during United games, as the Ivorian has conceded a handball foul on instruction to a teammate and has found the target with an unorthodox heel pass already this season.

Even Marcus Rashford with the silkiest set of skills and Bruno Fernandes with the most potent displays of passion are not as entertaining as Eric Bailly for Manchester United.
