According to The Mirror (Print edition, page 72, January 3, 2021), West Ham United manager David Moyes wants to bring Marko Arnautovic back to the London stadium. The report has claimed that Moyes wants to sign a new forward in the January transfer window and is eager to meet Arnautovic.
West Ham is reported to want to sign Arnautovic on a Shanghai SIPG loan deal in the January transfer window. However, for that to happen, the Hammers will have to sign either Craig Dawson or Said Benrahma to a permanent contract, as the rules prohibit Premier League clubs from having more than two loan losses at the same time.
The 31-year-old, who can operate either as a winger or as a forward, was on West Ham’s books from summer 2017 to summer 2019. The Austrian international has also played for FC Twente, Inter Milan (loan) , Werder Bremen and Stoke City.
