Chelsea secured all three points against Leeds United tonight with Christian Pulisic finishing off a textbook counterattack goal.

Despite going one goal down early on, Chelsea bounced back to find one up after compatriots Olivier Giroud and Kurt Zouma found the back of the net.

Amid the nervous moments leading up to the final whistle, with Leeds dominating possession as they chased a tying goal, Chelsea regained possession and hit Marcelo Bielsa’s men on the counter.

Pulisic was the man who finished him off. The American has missed much of the season to date with a hamstring injury, but he’s back in contention, back on the wing and now back on the roster.

He is also Chelsea’s thirteenth scorer in the Premier League so far this season, showing just how strong Frank Lampard has across his team.

It really is time to get serious about the Blues as true title contenders.
