The summer transfer window is not open yet, but practically all clubs are already working on various agreements to improve their squads. They are also working to get rid of some of those they consider unnecessary for the future.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have started working to sell players on their books that are considered in excess of the requirements.
The first name on the list is Victor Moses, who will join Spartak Moscow in a permanent deal, following the expiration of his one-year loan in the Russian capital. The deal between the two clubs has already been reached for the 30-year-old winger, whose contract at Stamford Bridge would have run out in 2022.
Midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko and left-back Emerson Palmieri are also expected to leave, while AC Milan is considering an offer for the permanent transfer of Fikayo Tomori. The 23-year-old has made 21 appearances for the Rossoneri on loan from Chelsea.
