Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored a hat-trick and Arsenal proved too much for Leeds in a 4-2 win at Emirates Stadium, despite signs of a surprise comeback.
There were no goals between the two sides in their previous meeting this season, but the second leg saw a lot more action in goal.
Leeds lined up a makeshift baseline for the game, with Luke Ayling positioning himself as central defender.
Arsenal He took advantage of that when Aubameyang opened the scoring in the 13th minute.

Ayling won the next chapter in her individual battle with Aubameyang, when she blocked a shot from the Arsenal captain from close range.
Soon after, Cooper dropped Bukayo Saka in the box to give away a penalty. However, referee Stuart Atwell overturned the decision after consulting with the VAR.
However, Arsenal had a penalty when Illan Meslier was caught wasting time on the ball. As Saka was chasing him, the Leeds goalkeeper hit the Arsenal youngster.
This time the decision to award a penalty was upheld and Aubameyang accelerated, sending Meslier down the wrong path.
There was time for a third goal before the break. Arsenal showed a patient build-up game, with Bukayo Saka dribbling through the area and leaving the ball.
A cross returned in the direction from which Saka had come, which Hector Bellerin headed towards Martin Odegaard.
The January signing, in his first start with Arsenal, prepared Real Madrid loan officer Dani Ceballos, who returned the ball to Bellerin. The winger put the finishing touches and sent the ball to Meslier to make it 3-0.

Leeds threatens an unlikely comeback
It seemed the match was already lost for Leeds, so when Pascal Struijk headed in his first goal for the club in the 58th minute, it seemed only a consolation.
However, they took another step towards an unlikely comeback when Helder Costa scored his second goal 10 minutes later. Technically, they still had a lot of time to get the two more goals they needed.
Leeds he then had appeals for a penalty when Patrick Bamford fell in the area. The referee disagreed, however, and Arsenal went straight to the other end, with Aubameyang hitting the bar.
Woodworking again denied Arsenal when Saka hit the post a few minutes later, but had been out of the game anyway.
Leeds had a chance to further reduce the deficit when Ayling sent a cross on the ground, but the ball was cleared.
In the end, Leeds had asked himself too much to get anything out of the game. Arsenal maintained their advantage to add the three points.
He moves them above Leeds on the table in the process, although their opponents have played one game less.
