Marco Asensio scored this afternoon Real Madrid’s second goal in the match against Celta de Vigo, after having attended the first of the match.
Asensio is well and truly back after a long injury layoff. His game-winning performance for Los Blancos was testament to that.
The Spaniard prepared the first of the Real game in the first half, a superb center placed towards the back post, with Lucas Vázquez giving the final touch.
However, the hunger was there for entering the roster himself, and he did so with 52 minutes on the clock. A resounding and irrevocable ending.

If Asensio continues to perform at this level, there is no doubt that he will be part of Luis Enrique’s squad for the European Championship this summer, which you have to think about will be his goal now that we are in 2021.
His goal and his assist also made Real Madrid keep the pressure on the Atlético leaders at the summit, which is what will worry Zinedine Zidane the most.
