According to The independent, Arsenal are ready to sell Konstantinos Mavropanos this year. It has been reported that manager Mikel Arteta is looking to make a clear exit at Arsenal, and that the 23-year-old could be one of the players to leave the North London club for good.
Mavropanos has been on Arsenal’s books since 2018, but the youngster has only made a handful of Premier League appearances for the Gunners. The former Greek under-21 international was on loan to FC Nurnberg in 2020 and is on loan to Stuttgart in Germany at the moment.
With Arsenal having multiple center-backs, it’s hard to see Mavropanos establish themselves as a regular in the first team in the coming weeks. The 23-year-old is a very good and promising young player, and it would make sense for him to find a club in a permanent club where he has a future and where he can grow as a footballer.
