Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has hinted at a permanent exit from the club while serving his sentence over a summer signing.

The right-back left Arsenal this summer to join Spanish side Real Betis on a season-long loan. He continues to establish himself as a solid man on the first team and has so far played 18 games in this campaign.

Bellerin has previously explained his love for Betis, who is attached to his family. “My first shirt was Betis because my father was a fan of the Verdiblanco team,” said the four-time Spanish national team player. “It was hard for me to support another club.”

And it seems that Bellerin could make the move to Sevilla permanent after his comments about replacement Takehiro Tomiyasu.

The Japanese national team player has proven to be a hit with Gunners loyalists thanks to his looting performances down the right flank.

My replacement is fine – Hector Bellerin

When Bellerin was asked about Mikel Arteta’s page, Bellerin said (via Caught offside): “Arsenal are doing great and it makes me so happy. The player they got in my position makes it great.

“There’s literally no hard feelings for me. It’s beautiful to watch because I watch every single match and I want the guys to do well.

“It’s just the way football is going. You need to see what is best for you and the club. I always tell the club that if I leave this place, I will not leave you without, for example, someone in my position, or in a position where you are not feeling well.

“I want the best for all of us because I’ve been here for 10 years and I love this place. It’s succeeded for everyone and it’s what shows me it was the right thing to do. It does I’m really happy to see the boys do well. ”

Arsenal learn the fate of the striker hunt

Meanwhile, Arsenal have discovered their chances of bringing Diego Costa returns to the Premier League.

Recent reports have suggested that a shock move to north London may be on the cards for the former Chelsea striker. He is without a club after the termination of his contract with Brazilian Atletico Mineiro.

However, The sun give a transfer shot to the Gunners. They claim that Costa intends to move to the Corinthians. A transfer to the Sao Paulo club would cause the goal scorer to connect with former Chelsea team-mate Willian, who also had time in the Emirates.

A separate report from Evening Standard also excludes Arsenal. Instead, they hope to sign a contract with either Dusan Vlahovic or Alexander Isak.
