The Newcastle United youth’s agent, Rodrigo Vilca, has indicated that his client could seek a loan to gain valuable first-team experience.

the 21 year old Peruvian signed for him Magpies during the summer, but he has yet to appear for Steve Bruce’s side.

Vilca has scored one goal and has an assist to his name in seven Premier League 2 games this season. However, he hasn’t done enough to convince Bruce to hand him a spot on the first team.

In fact, the player still has his heart set on playing for Newcastle’s first team. He is interested in emulating his South American compatriot Miguel Almiron.

Casareto added: “The idea, hopefully, is to replace Miguel Almirón at number ten.

“But he still needs the experience of a first team in Europe to complement what he is doing.”
